MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator Christopher Augustine Gabel filed a petition for writ of mandamus asserting Respondent, the Honorable Sandra Peake, abused her discretion by granting a motion for new trial after a bench trial in the underlying divorce proceeding.,

The underlying case is In the Matter of the Marriage of Christopher Augustine Gabel and Sekara Ortega Gabel, Cause No. 2018-67980, pending in the 257th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Sandra Peake presiding.

The bench trial was conducted by the Honorable Julia Maldonado of the 507th District Court of Harris County, Texas.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
