Opinion

No. 05-07-00703-CV

Opinion issued July 2, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 302nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-07-00811-U.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court abused its discretion when it ruled that Texas is an inconvenient forum regarding a motion to modify filed in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has failed to show the trial court clearly abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3.
