Petitioner's “Motion to File Under Seal Documents in Support of Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus” filed on April 1, 2020, is denied. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rules 2.550, 2.551, and 8.46.) Petitioner must notify the Clerk of this court within 10 days if the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and exhibits two through nine (lodged conditionally under seal on April 1, 2020) should be filed unsealed as part of the public record. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.46(d)(7).)
