ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

(No Change in Judgment)

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 4, 2012, be modified as follows:

On page 9, second sentence under DISPOSITION, "09CF45774" is changed to "09CF2419" so the sentence reads:

The superior court is directed to vacate Fulton's conviction in case No. 09CF2419 and permit him to withdraw his guilty pleas.

This modification does not affect the judgment.
