An order having been entered on May 8, 2020, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Sharon O'Hanlon, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Sharon O'Hanlon, Esq., dated May 24, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Thomas E. Farrell, Esq., 2 Dominic Street, Oswego, New York 13126, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered August 19, 2019, for the purpose of oral argument and any motions or applications as may be necessary or appropriate.
