MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Petition for writ of Mandamus Denied

On November 1, 2023, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion to stay the deposition of Todd Hall. On November 7, 2023, this court granted that stay. After considering the petition, the response by the real parties in interest, relators' reply, and the mandamus record as supplemented, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). The stay imposed on November 7, 2023, is lifted.
