On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.
ORDER
Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Hinojosa and Tijerina
Order Per Curiam
Relator, Fraudulent Hospital Lien, filed a petition for writ of mandamus and emergency motion in this cause on October 22, 2019. Through this original proceeding in appellate cause numbers above, Relator seeks to compel the trial court to comply with an automatic stay pursuant to Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Chapter 51, §51.014(b). By emergency motions, Relator seeks to stay all proceedings pending in the 444th Judicial District Court of Cameron County, Texas.
This Court, having examined and fully considered the motions for emergency stay, is of the opinion that the motions should be granted. Accordingly, we GRANT the emergency motions for stay in both appellate cause numbers and we order all proceedings in the trial court to be stayed pending further order of the Court or resolution of these original proceedings. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.10(b) ("Unless vacated or modified, an order granting temporary relief is effective until the case is finally decided.").
The Court requests that the real parties in interest or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petitions for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See id. R. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
Real parties in interest include: UHS of Delaware, Inc.; Alegis Revenue Group, LLC; Baptist St. Anthony's Health System d/b/a BSA Health System; Doctors Hospital of Laredo, LP; McAllen Hospital, L.P.; McAllen Hospitals, L.P.; Professional Account Services, Inc.; Devore, Russell; Universal Health Services, Inc.; Northwest Texas Healthcare System, Inc.; Laredo Texas Hospital Company, L.P., d/b/a/ Laredo Medical Center; MedData, Inc. d/b/a/ Alegis Revenue Group, LLC; and Turek, Douglas.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
PER CURIAM Delivered and filed the 23rd day of October, 2019.
