On August 16, 2000, this Court issued an Opinion and Order dismissing the appeal brought by Regency Savings Bank, F.S.B. See In re Fours on Seventh, LLC, 251 B.R. 784 (S.D.N Y 2000). On August 29, 2000, the Clerk of the Court docketed the Opinion and Order under the miscellaneous docket number (M-47) for this case (see miscellaneous docket number 132). The Clerk of the Court is now directed to close this case under all three civil docket numbers listed above.
