Summary Dispositions May 5, 1998:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed and the judgment of the Kent Circuit Court is reinstated for the reasons stated in the dissenting opinion in the Court of Appeals. MCR 7.302(F)(1). The motion for leave to file a brief amicus curiae is granted. Reported below: 227 Mich. App. 462.
