Opinion

No. 84-440.

January 4, 1985. Rehearing and Rehearing En Banc Denied February 25, 1985.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; Marvin Mounts, Jr., Judge.

Ilene J. Swickle of Thomas F. Luken, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellant Import Autos, Inc.

William P. Doney, West Palm Beach, for appellee City of Boynton Beach.

Affirmed.

DELL and WALDEN, JJ., concur.

ANSTEAD, C.J., specially concurs with opinion.

Since the appellant failed to perfect its lien on the vehicle in question, I agree with the majority that the trial court did not err in denying appellant's objection to forfeiture. Smith v. City of Miami Beach, 440 So.2d 611 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983); § 932.703(3), Fla. Stat. (1983).
