This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2003-CVE-000801-D1, styled Claudia Morales, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Juan Sanchez Morales, Deceased, and as Next Friend of Juan Arnoldo Morales, Quesandra Morales, and Edgar Alejandro Morales, Plaintiffs vs. Maxwell Automotive, Inc. D/B/A Maxwell Ford Ltd; Maxwell Ford, Ltd; Ford Motor Company, Inc. and Henry Pottin, D/B/A DH Auto Repair, Defendants, pending in the 49th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas, the Honorable Manuel R. Flores presiding.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, we lift the stay imposed by this court's order of April 27, 2006. Relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.
