Opinion

No. 97 2013.

2013-03-12

In the Matter of a Member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware: James R. FOLSOM, Respondent.

Before HOLLAND, BERGER and RIDGELY, Justices.

ORDER

HENRY duPONT RIDGELY, Justice.

This 12th day of March 2013, the Court has before it an unopposed Petition for Transfer of James R. Folsom, Esquire to Disability Inactive Status. The Court has reviewed the unopposed petition and has concluded it is in the best interest of the public to place Mr. Folsom on disability inactive status for an indefinite period of time. It also further appears that Mr. Folsom's responsibility for client matters has been assumed by Christopher D. Tease, Esquire.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that for good cause shown, James R. Folson is transferred to Disability Inactive status, pursuant to Rule 19(b) of the Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, and the pending disciplinary matters are stayed. This Order shall be made public.
