ORDER

PER CURIAM

On October 23, 2023, relator filed a motion asking this court to stay the underlying trial court proceedings pending disposition of this mandamus proceeding. Relator's motion notes that "attached to this motion [are] documents showing that it ordered the record below on February 28, 2023." No such documents were filed. Relator is ORDERED to file (1) the documents that he intended to attach to his October 23, 2023 motion; and (2) any proof demonstrating his diligence in pursuing mandamus relief, including proof regarding timely preparation of the reporter's record, on or before February 28, 2024.

Relator's mandamus petition remains pending before this court.

It is so ORDERED on February 14, 2024.
