Florida Board of Bar Examiners re: M.J.

Upon consideration of M.J.'s petition for review, the briefs filed in this case, and M.J.'s response to the order to show cause, it is ordered that the "Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners" is approved. M.J.'s petition is denied, and M.J. will not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time. However, the Court disapproves the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' recommendation that M.J. be disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of two years from June 26, 2023. M.J. is hereby disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of five years from July 25, 2024.

MUNIZ, C.J., and CANADY, LABARGA, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, FRANCIS, and SASSO, JJ., concur.
