Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Fitzgibbons, who was licensed in 2000, was suspended for three years and until further order of the Court. He neglected four client matters, failed to cooperate with the disciplinary investigation, and did not participate at the hearing in his case.


Order of the Court:

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed, and respondent Ryan C. Fitzgibbons is suspended from the practice of law for three years and until further order of the Court.
