IN RE Kevin FISCHER

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause Nos. 15-06-00125-CVK and 15-09-00217-CVK, both styled In the Interest of W.T.H., pending in the 81st Judicial District Court, Karnes County, Texas, the Honorable Donna S. Rayes presiding. --------

On March 28, 2016, relator Kevin Fischer filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's orders on a petition for bill of review and plea to the jurisdiction in two related underlying cases. Relator also filed at the same time a motion for temporary emergency relief pending a ruling on the mandamus petition. This court considered the emergency motion and issued an order denying emergency relief on March 28, 2016. The court has now considered the petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
