ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO TEMPORARILY HOLD APPEAL IN ABEYANCE

This matter is before the Court on the Joint Status Report and Motion to Temporarily Hold Appeal in Abeyance (doc. #35), filed October 15, 2007. The Motion is GRANTED.
