Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated January 27, 2020. Application by Carmela Guggino, as administrator of the estate of Mary Giordano, to be substituted for the deceased objectant-appellant, Mary Giordano, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Carmela Guggino, as administrator of the estate of Mary Giordano, is substituted for the deceased objectant-appellant, Mary Giordano, and the caption is amended accordingly.
