OBJECTIONS TO APPELLEE'S " MOTION TO SEAL APPELLANT'S

PLEADINGS AND REMOVE - ELECTRONIC IMAGES FROM PUBLIC VIEW" as dated 12/23/11

MISS ARLENE R. FINCO, APPELLANT HEREBY OBJECTS TO THE ABOVE hereinmentioned motion on the grounds that Dennis Finco, Appellee and his lawyer and agent Mr. James W. Thompson have failed and refused to state any "defamatory state - ments" in their motion of Dec. 23rd , 2011, going back to the beginning date of December-10th, 2010; and this appears to be an unreasonable attempt to unnecessarily block off - the constitutional rights of this appellant to freely speak and appellant should not be - muzzled nor shut out of these proceedings unlawfully and wrongfully AS THESE ARE PUBLIC RECORDS. Any kinds of purported objections of the appellees in their recent motion, were not and have not been done in a timely fashion, the appellees waiving their rights in this issue. Also please see Montana Code Annotated 2011, Constitution of- - Montana Article II - Declaration of Rights "Section 9. Right to know. -no person shall be deprived of the right to examine documents or to observe the deliberations of all public bodies or agencies of state government and its subdivisions except in cases in which the demand of individual privacy clearly exceeds the merits of public disclosure."

Please also know that The Montana Supreme Court Signed an ORDER on - September 14th, 2011 "In The Matter of Temporarily Suspending The Rules For - Privacy and Public Access To Court Records In Montana"; "The Montana Supreme - Court has suspended its rules governing access to court records," ...
