On petition for Writ of Mandamus

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Relators Jose Manuel Figueroa, Joana Marcelia Figueroa, Claudia Alina Espin Villalobos, D'Yave Figueroa Espin, Zarelea Figueroa, and Marco Chacon Fernandez have filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking to compel the trial court to vacate: (1) a void summary judgment order and judgment nihil dicit; and (2) a void judgment nunc pro tunc and corrected judgment nihil dicit. The Court requests the real party in interest, Erica Edith Alonzo, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, including but not limited to Erica Canales as Trustee for the Living Texas Revocable Trust of Juliana Joeri Figueroa, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
