Appeals from an order of Supreme Court, Oswego County (McCarthy, J.), entered July 3, 2001, which denied the motions of defendant Goulds Pumps, Inc. and Worthington Corporation for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.

Now, upon the stipulation discontinuing the appeal of defendant Worthington Corporation signed by the attorneys for the parties on July 10 and 15, 2002, and filed in the Oswego County Clerk's Office on December 6, 2002, and upon reading and filing the stipulation withdrawing the appeal of defendant Goulds Pumps, Inc. signed by the attorneys for the parties on November 22, 2002,

It is hereby ORDERED that said appeals be and the same hereby are unanimously dismissed without costs upon stipulation.
