STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME FOR STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE TO RESPOND TO DEBTOR'S MOTION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO ABANDON AND DESTROY CERTAIN CONSUMER DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION


Fieldstone Mortgage Company, Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession (the "Debtor") and the State of New Hampshire hereby agree and stipulate that the State of New Hampshire, and any other state working with New Hampshire, shall have through and including January 25, 2008, to file a response to the Debtor's Motion for Authorization to Abandon and Destroy Certain Consumer Documents and Information [Docket No. 104].
