Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Feeley, who was licensed in 1971, was suspended for three years. He mismanaged funds belonging to five different clients over a period of several years. The suspension is effective on April 11, 2006.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission for leave to file exceptions to the report and recommendation of the Review Board is allowed.

Respondent David Jerome Feeley is suspended from the practice of law for three years. Suspension effective April 11, 2006.

Respondent David Jerome Feeley shall reimburse the Disciplinary Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension.
