ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-205, concluding that as a matter of final discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-13 (c), Jeffrey Scott Fattell of Fort Lee, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2008, should be reprimanded based on respondent's guilty plea in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County, to one count of criminal mischief, a disorderly person's offense, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C: 17-3 (a) (1), conduct in violation of RPC 8.4(b)(commission of a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having further determined that respondent should be required to provide proof of his fitness to practice law;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Jeffrey Scott Fattell is hereby reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that Jeffrey Scott Fattell shall provide proof of his fitness to practice law as attested to by a mental health professional approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics, within sixty days after the filing of this Order or within such additional time as may be extended by the Director of the Office of Attorney Ethics in his discretion; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
