IN RE FARMERS TEXAS COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

ORDER

Before Justices Garza, Perkes, and Longoria
Per CuriamOrder

Relator, Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company, filed a petition for writ of mandamus on February 12, 2016, contending that the trial court abused its discretion by denying relator's motion to sever and abate extra-contractual causes of action until a final judgment is rendered on contractual causes of action. The Court requests that the real parties in interest, Albino Hernandez and San Juanita Hernandez, or any others whose interest might be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

PER CURIAM Delivered and filed the 16th day of February, 2016.
