MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2014-CI-16219, styled Douglas Thomas v. Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company and CMLJ Inc. d/b/a Farmers Insurance, pending in the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Richard Garcia presiding. --------

On December 28, 2015, relator Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company filed a petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay pending a ruling on the mandamus petition. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and the motion for emergency stay are denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
