Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Jose Eduardo Farach, is a vexatious litigant subject to a prefiling order prohibiting him from filing, pro se, any new litigation in this state without the prior permission of the local administrative judge. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE §§ 11.101, 11.102. Relator has filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging a May 7, 2020 order of the local administrative judge denying relator's request for leave to file new litigation. We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.

The underlying case is In the Interest of A.I.F., cause number 2012-60338, in the 152nd District Court of Harris County, Texas.
