MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial judge erred in issuing a show cause order. Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has not shown himself entitled to the relief requested from this Court. Accordingly, relator's motion for emergency relief and petition for writ of mandamus are DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
