DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Paul Richard Faglione, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 7, 2020, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Paul Richard Faglione Jr.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Paul Richard Faglione to Paul Richard Faglione Jr., effective immediately.
