Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016PA01409, styled In the Interest of I.I.M., a Child, pending in the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Renée Yanta presiding.

ORDER

Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

Relators filed this petition for writ of mandamus on October 2, 2017. On October 4, 2017, relators filed a "First Motion for Emergency Expedited Consideration and Relief." On October 12, 2017, real parties in interest filed a "Motion for Time to File Response." On October 13, 2017, relators filed a motion to dismiss this proceeding. According to relator's certificate of conference filed on October 18, 2017, the motion to dismiss this proceeding is unopposed.

Relators' motion to dismiss this proceeding is GRANTED. This original mandamus proceeding is DISMISSED. Relator's First Motion for Emergency Expedited Consideration and Relief is DENIED AS MOOT. Real parties in interest's Motion for Time to File Response is DENIED AS MOOT. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
