MEMORANDUM OPINION
Pending before the Court is a voluntary motion to withdraw the notice of appeal in this case, filed by Appellants; El Paso County, the El Paso County Sheriff's Department, the El Paso County Clerk's Office, the El Paso District Attorney's Office, the El Paso District Clerk's Office, the Records Management and Archives, the Director of West Texas Community Supervision and Corrections Department, the Director of El Paso County Court Administration and the Jail Magistrate ("Appellants"). See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(a)(1). Appellants represent that they no longer wish to pursue the appeal, and request that this Court dismiss the case in the interests of justice. Having reviewed the motion, it is this Court's opinion that it should be GRANTED, and the appeal dismissed. The motion to dismiss does not reflect that the parties have reached an agreement regarding costs. Accordingly, we assess costs against Appellants. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(d)("Absent agreement of the parties, the court will tax costs against the appellant.").
