Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and David E. Woodin, Esq., PO Box 433, Catskill, New York 12414 is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before August 2, 2021. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before August 16, 2021.
