MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Irene Rios, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2018CI22962, styled Juan Oliva v. Evapocore, Inc. and Paul Bradley Dubbels, pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Michael E. Mery signed the order at issue in this original proceeding.

On October 26, 2020, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. After considering the petition and the record, this court concludes relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
