Adversary Plaintiff, Amanda Renee Evans, appearing pro se, and Adversary Defendants/Respondents, CNAC OF GLEN BURNIE, JDB OF G.B., Inc. t/a J.D. Byrider of Glen Burnie, t/a CNAC of Glen Burnie, and Lachuna Sheppard, by their undersigned counsel, being all the parties to this Adversary Proceedings, pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 9019-1, do hereby stipulate and agree that all the disputes between them that are the subject of this Adversary Proceeding have been resolved and:

1. This Adversary Proceeding shall be and hereby is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; and

2. Each party shall pay its own costs.
