Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to deem the notices of appeal as timely filed is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issues involved being raised upon argument of the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the applications are granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to March 7, 2022. No further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay.
