DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Wendy D. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated October 20, 2023, and to vacate the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order is denied as unnecessary as the order is appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to renew upon the filing of a timely notice of appeal (see Family Ct Act § 1113; CPLR 5514).
