Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; John J. Allen, Judge.

Proceeding in the matter of the estate of Jean Estrem, deceased, by Auguste Sanguin and others, contestants, opposed by Albert E. Hill, Public Administrator of the County of Alameda, State of California, and Special Administrator of the estate of Jean Estrem, deceased. From an order denying contestants’ motion to set aside an order of August 16, 1937, admitting to probate a will of Jean Estrem, deceased, contestants appeal.

Affirmed.
