ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 296 — evidence warranting disallowance of claim for services. Evidence warranted disallowance of claim against decedent's estate for reasonable value of services performed as a housewife on ground that an implied promise to pay for such services was excluded by reason of illicit cohabitation of claimant and decedent as husband and wife.
