ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 296evidence warranting disallowance of claim for services. Evidence warranted disallowance of claim against decedent's estate for reasonable value of services performed as a housewife on ground that an implied promise to pay for such services was excluded by reason of illicit cohabitation of claimant and decedent as husband and wife.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. PHILIP J. FINNEGAN, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1948.
