Honorable Oscar J. Kazen, Judge Presiding BEFORE CHIEF JUSTICE MARION, JUSTICE MARTINEZ, AND JUSTICE RIOS

In accordance with this court's opinion of this date, the judgment of the trial court is REVERSED and judgment is RENDERED that Principal Life Insurance Company take nothing on its claims for breach of contract, money had and received, and fraud by non-disclosure. Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellee Principal Life Insurance Company.
