ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 297 — insufficiency of evidence of genuineness of claim denied in probate court. Evidence of genuineness of account, at first verbal in form and later allegedly of written character, claimed to have been owed by deceased, held insufficient to permit its allowance against deceased's estate.
