Appellants have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal, stating that because of the impending trial setting in the underlying case, they no longer wish to pursue this interlocutory appeal. The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellants. See id. 42.1(d).
