Gen. No. 40,785. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed April 8, 1940
ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 295 — decedent's property, as belonging to administratrix. In proceeding to contest final report of administratrix, lower court properly found that administratrix had given decedent, her sister, money with which to purchase stock, and also money deposited in decedent's name, but that there was no intention to make a gift inter vivos, such arrangement being employed because administratrix was ill and feared she would die shortly.
