Opinion

No. 05-08-01481-CV

Opinion issued November 13, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 298th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 04-01100-M.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred by denying their motion to disqualify real parties' counsel. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
