INSANE PERSONS, § 13sufficiency of evidence of incompetency. In proceeding for appointment of conservator of estate of 83 year old respondent, held that verdict, which found respondent to be incompetent person, was amply sustained by evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. PHILIP J. FINNEGAN, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the June term, 1943.
