Opinion
Gen. No. 10,170. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed December 10, 1947 Rehearing denied January 16, 1948 Released for publication January 16, 1948
ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 209 — proper disallowance of claim. Claim against decedent's estate, arising out of note signed by decedent payable after her death and intended as gift to plaintiffs, was properly disallowed, as note failed as gift inter vivos, and evidence sustained finding of no valuable consideration without which there could be no recovery in action at law.
