MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant has filed a motion to substitute counsel. We grant appellant's motion. See Tex.R.App.P. 6.5(d). Appellant has also filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. The motion states that appellant has conferred with counsel for appellees and that appellees do not oppose the motion. We, therefore, grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a). Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellant.
