ORDER
After appellant Donaciano Aldrete, Jr. filed a Statement of Inability to Pay Costs, appellees filed a challenge to appellant's claim of indigence and the court reporter filed a motion to require appellant to prove his inability to afford costs.SeeTEX. R. CIV. P.145(f)(1),(3). The trial court held an evidentiary hearing and on October 23, 2020, the court denied appellant's claim of indigency. A reporter's record of the hearing and a supplemental clerk's record have been filed.
We order appellant to file written proof to this court by November 25, 2020 that the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements satisfactory to the reporter have been made to pay the reporter's fee. If appellant fails to file such proof within the time provided, appellant's brief will be due December 10, 2020, and the court will only consider those issues or points raised in appellant's brief that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
