ORDER
Appellant filed a motion asking this court to take judicial notice that cause number 2012-DCV-05856 was never transferred from the El Paso County court to the Bexar County probate court. We have reviewed the motion and have decided to carry the motion with the case. Accordingly, we ORDER the motion carried with the appeal. The motion will be ruled upon in this court's forthcoming opinion.
