IN THE INTEREST OF E.S., Child

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023PA00055 Honorable Kimberly Burley, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2. On January 9, 2024, we issued an order noting that the clerk's record did not contain a final order of termination. We therefore ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of jurisdiction. On January 24, 2024, the district clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record that contained a January 10, 2024 final order of termination. We therefore RETAIN this appeal on our docket.

The reporter's record is now due. We ORDER the court reporter to file the reporter's record by February 5, 2024. Due to the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, requests for extension of time will be disfavored.

It is so ORDERED.
