ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL OF ADVERSARY COMPLAINT


Plaintiff, Alex Ronald Epstein's and Defendant, Chase Bank USA, N.A.'s, Joint Stipulation for Dismissal of Adversary Complaint comes before the Court and upon consideration of same, it is hereby

ORDERED that Plaintiff's Amended Complaint to Compel Turnover of Debtor's Property and the Defendant's Counterclaim Complaint are both dismissed with prejudice.

SO ORDERED.
